Europe Part 3: Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees

Previously:
Europe Part 2: Eiffel Tower and Nearby

Today, we start the day fresh and we are ready heading up to one of the most busiest street in Paris called Avenue Des Champs-Elysees.  First of all, from the hotel we walk to Bir Hakeim metro station and bought the day pass (6.80 Euro covered for mobilis zone 1 - 2).  From there me made our way to Arc De Triomphe stop.

Arc de Triomphe

Not only branded stuffs that you can get from here, this avenue lays heaps of cafes and restaurants as well.  Some of them are pretty tacky and pricey as this area is highly packed with tourists, however it is at least good to try one of them though.

Escargots de "la butte" 12 Euro (6 pcs)

Foie Gras 22 Euro

Duck Confit

Creme Brulee

Good food, nice ambiance, clean place, slightly pricey but what are we damning about, this is Champs-Elysees for God shake, we hardly can find any cheaper than this for a nice cafe.  However, the service wasn't up to standard, enough waiters were standing by in front of the door but they are not attentive to the customers who were actually inside the restaurant.
