Previously:
The town was getting dark pretty early, so we bought take away dinner from MOS Burger. This burger chain is very popular among Japanese as they offer burgers with Japanese inspired flavours like teriyaki sauce patties or yakiniku rice burger and even kaisen kakiage or mixed seafood tempura.
We then checked-in in Nishitetsu Hotel and stayed there for two nights. A 3-star hotel that situated in the heart of Beppu. It is just a stone away from Beppu tower and only 5-7 minutes walk from Beppu station. The room size is just a standard economy Japanese hotel. There isn't much space to put luggages, but very efficient and clean. Wait until you all see their breakfast variations, they are simple yet taste superb.

Their burgers were tasty but a little dissapointed with their fried chicken. It was too salty and too dry. Next time, I will go for rice burger yakiniku. They married well together.
