Gala Yuzawa Snow Town
Another benefit of holding the JR Wide Pass is of course to visit Lake Kawaguchiko and witness the beauty of Mount Fuji with our bare eyes. The view of Mount Fuji is so clear and close since we were on the train heading to Kawaguchiko Station. Even clearer than when we saw it from Fifth Station. At that time, it was mid of March and we still can see the white snow covered the mountain peak. It was amazing and beautiful sight. From Tokyo, you need to change to Fujikyu Line in Otsuki Station. The whole train journey take less than 3 hours and it is totally possible to do a-day trip.

Kawaguchiko Station |
Once we arrived at Kawaguchiko Station, then we need to purchase the bus ticket to go to Kachi Kachi Ropeway. Enjoying the lake cruise and taking photo at the viewing platform up there.
