Let's go to Saraburi for a night. One of the central provinces of Thailand and is only less than two hours drive up north from Bangkok. We went there with my extended family, basically three big families and stayed at a newly opened resort in the town. The resort is called The Treat Farm Hotel. Before checking-in, we had lunch at nearby restaurant called Ban Nam Khiang Fa restaurant by the canal and grabbed some cold drinks from a minimalist and stylish-looking cafe named Saturday Cafe.
The food came very quick and they all tasted delicious. Their seafood was no doubt fresh and cooked just right. However, surprisingly that mushroom with prawns was my favourite dish of the day. It was full of flavour and enjoyable.
Next stop is a new opened cafe near our resort, Saturday Cafe. There is indoor and also outdoor space for chilling and relaxing while sipping some cold iced drinks.
They really do great drinks and offer lots of varieties like orange juice with americano or yuzu juice with matcha. Flavoured soda is something to go to on a hot weather like in Thailand. Price ranges from 50 - 100 Baht. Honestly, I feel quite sick of pearl milk tea in Australia. Everywhere I go nowadays, any big suburbs, bubble tea shops or tea shops would line up store after store. Sometimes I could find nearly 10 different bubble tea shops on the same street. I wish there would be more shops like Saturday Cafe in OZ.
